How is this different from sending candidates a prep doc or a YouTube link?
A prep doc tells a candidate what questions to expect. Recruiter Hub lets them practise, out loud, with AI that listens and gives feedback. The skill gap closes in the practice, not the reading. Coached candidates show up calibrated. Coached-on-paper candidates show up still nervous.

What happens to a candidate's coaching after they're placed?
Sessions you've allocated to a candidate stay with that candidate's account. If you've placed them and want to redirect remaining sessions to a new candidate on the same brief, you can.
Bonus sessions reset each billing cycle. Top-up sessions never expire.

How do I know which prep level is right for a brief?
A simple rule: Quick Prep for high-volume entry-level screens, Standard Prep for behavioural and technical rounds, Deep Prep for senior and exec placements where readiness is the difference between a fee and a write-off.

What if my placement volume changes month to month?
Your plan runs for 12 months at a set volume tier, and it flexes within that. When a brief surge hits, add top-up sessions to coach the extra candidates. Top-ups roll over month to month while your plan is active, so the ones you don't use this month are there when the next surge comes. And as your volume grows, a higher tier brings your per-candidate rate down.
