Coached candidates win. You can't coach them all. We can.
Recruiter Hub gives every candidate AI-powered interview prep, delivered as part of your placement service. They practise. You track readiness. Placements get better.
Every recruiter knows prep wins. No recruiter has time to deliver it.
You can give every candidate a CV review and a five-minute pep call. You can't give them real interview coaching at the volume you place. So your candidates walk in underprepared, and your placement rates wear the cost.
73%
of recruiters say candidate prep falls off the calendar
Between sourcing, screening, scheduling, and client management, structured candidate coaching is the first thing to get cut. Even when you know it's the difference between a placement and a write-off.
$24k
average cost of a bad hire to the employer
The cost is real, and so is the fallout. Replacement guarantees, damaged client relationships, and the sourcing time you spent the first time around. Better-prepped candidates land better-fit placements.
2.3×
improvement in interview-to-offer rates for coached candidates
Coached candidates handle behavioural questions better, articulate strengths more clearly, and walk in calmer. The data has been clear for years. The challenge has always been delivering coaching at scale.
The problem isn't whether prep works. It's whether you can deliver it without burning your week.
AI interview coaching, delivered by you.
Recruiter Hub turns Hey Compono's voice AI into a service you offer with every placement. You buy candidates, not seats. They practise on their own time. You track readiness from your dashboard.
Buy candidates, not seats.
Per-candidate pricing scales with your placements. No license fees, no seat counts to manage, no shelfware. Pay for the candidates you want coached. Volume tiers reward growth. See how the tiers work →
Voice coaching, not a chatbot.
Candidates practise out loud, in real time, with AI that listens and adapts. Built on the same organisational psychology that powers the rest of Compono. Twenty-five minutes of voice practice per session.
Prep depth that matches the role.
Three prep levels. One session for entry-level and high-volume screens. Two for mid-level technical and behavioural rounds. Three for senior and exec briefs. Match the depth to the placement.
You stay in control.
Assign candidates from your dashboard. Track session completions and readiness scores. See where each candidate sits before they walk into the interview. The oversight your placements need without you having to chase it.
Four steps. No new admin.
From the moment you sign up until your candidate walks into the interview, the workflow stays out of your way.

Quick Prep
1 session
25 minutes total
Entry-level roles. High-volume screening. Get every candidate the basics before they walk in.
Standard Prep
2 sessions
50 minutes total
Mid-level roles. Behavioural and technical rounds. Two practice runs cover most of the gap between confident and unprepared.
Deep Prep
3 sessions
75 minutes total
Senior and executive briefs. Complex stakeholder questions, strategic narrative, exec presence. Three sessions for placements where readiness is non-negotiable.
Per-candidate pricing scales with your monthly volume, from $9 per candidate, for recruitment agencies of any size.
What changes when every candidate is prepped.
Help me practise the 'biggest weakness' question without sounding rehearsed.
Most people sound rehearsed because they pick a 'safe' weakness instead of a real one. Tell me something you've actually been working on this year. We'll start there and shape it into an answer that lands.

Placements that stick
Coached candidates interview better, accept offers faster and stay longer. Better interviews mean better matches, and better matches are the ones still in the seat at month six.
A service competitors can't match
CV reviews and prep calls are table stakes. Real coaching on every placement is a difference the client sees and the candidate remembers, and it costs you no extra hours.
Capacity without headcount
Candidates self-serve their sessions. You assign once and get readiness back. No scheduling, no follow-up calls, no template emails, so coaching scales with your volume instead of your calendar.
You only pay for who you place
Five candidates this month, fifty next. Per-candidate pricing means no seat count to defend and no shelfware, and volume tiers reward growth.
Pay the way that suits your cash flow
Choose a 12-month plan and pay monthly or upfront. Top-up sessions roll over while your plan is active, so nothing you buy goes to waste.
What your candidates actually do.
The whole point is that your candidates use it. That only happens if the experience is something they want to come back to. Hey Compono is voice-first, personality-adaptive, and works on the candidate's own time.
They start with what's actually on their mind
First session opens with the role, the company, and what they're worried about. Not a generic interview script. Real practice on the actual gap.
They practise out loud, with feedback
Voice-based mock interviews with AI that listens, adapts, and gives feedback in plain language. They hear what they sound like before the interviewer does.
They show up calmer and clearer
By the time the real interview starts, they've already worked through the hardest questions. The placement rate goes up. Your candidate experience scores follow.
How do I answer 'tell me about yourself' for a marketing role?
Great question! Let's practice that together. Start with your most relevant experience and what drew you to marketing...

How is this different from sending candidates a prep doc or a YouTube link?
A prep doc tells a candidate what questions to expect. Recruiter Hub lets them practise, out loud, with AI that listens and gives feedback. The skill gap closes in the practice, not the reading. Coached candidates show up calibrated. Coached-on-paper candidates show up still nervous.
-
What happens to a candidate's coaching after they're placed?
Sessions you've allocated to a candidate stay with that candidate's account. If you've placed them and want to redirect remaining sessions to a new candidate on the same brief, you can.
Bonus sessions reset each billing cycle. Top-up sessions never expire.
-
How do I know which prep level is right for a brief?
A simple rule: Quick Prep for high-volume entry-level screens, Standard Prep for behavioural and technical rounds, Deep Prep for senior and exec placements where readiness is the difference between a fee and a write-off.
You can mix prep levels across briefs in the same plan. We'll walk you through it on the call.
-
What if my placement volume changes month to month?
Your plan runs for 12 months at a set volume tier, and it flexes within that. When a brief surge hits, add top-up sessions to coach the extra candidates. Top-ups roll over month to month while your plan is active, so the ones you don't use this month are there when the next surge comes. And as your volume grows, a higher tier brings your per-candidate rate down.
-
Does it work for technical roles?
Yes. The coaching covers behavioural, situational, and structured technical questions.
For deeply specialised technical assessments (live coding, take-home tasks, system design), Recruiter Hub complements rather than replaces the technical screen.
Most placement teams find that's exactly the gap they need filled.
-
Is candidate data private?
Yes. Candidate session data is private to the candidate.
As the recruiter, you see completion rates, readiness scores, and aggregate coaching insights, not transcripts or recordings.
Hey Compono is built with privacy-first architecture.
-
How quickly can we start?
Once your plan is set up, you can assign candidates the same day. Most agencies are running their first cohort inside a week.
-
What does rollout look like?
Your people can sign up and start using Hey Compono immediately.
For team and organisation-level features, we work with you on configuration and onboarding.
Most teams are live within weeks, not months.
-
Is there a minimum company size?
Hey Compono works for organisations of all sizes.
Try it free yourself, share it with your team, and talk to us when you're ready to roll it out more broadly.
